My Story

Hi Cookie Lovers!

My name is Cheyenne. I am the owner, operator and baker for Polka Dot Cookies. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. 

​

I have always loved baking. I love to bake everything from muffins to Greek spinach pie. I enjoy the challenge of a new recipe or more complex baking techniques. I decided to focus on making delicious cookies since pastries don't usually travel well. 

​

I have a MS in Accounting but decided to step away from corporate life so I can spend more time at home with my toddler while pursuing my dream of having a bakery.

Polka Dot Cookies is a home-based bakery operating under the Cottage Foods Act of Colorado as of 2025. I don't currently have a storefront, so I ship my cookies instead. I can ship to any Colorado address.

I pride myself in using real ingredients you can find in any grocery store. Since I don't use any preservatives, I have perfected baking and packaging techniques. Cookies are baked once ordered and shipped within 48 hours of cooling. Each recipe, with the exception of brookies, stays first day fresh for a week or more.
