This cake is a to two tier 8" double chocolate cookie cake with strawberry frosting in the center and for the roses. My strawberry frosting is made with fresh strawberry puree.

Frosting: granulated sugar, margerine powder (sugar, dextrose, dried egg whites with sodium lauryl sulfate, cream of tartar, aginate, salt, sodium), salt, vegetable shortning (Soybean Oil, Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Palm Oil, Mono and Diglycerides, TBHQ and Citric Acid Added To Help Protect Flavor), powdered sugar, strawberry puree, vanilla extract, red food coloring (tapioca malto dextrin, vegetable juice, paprika oleoresin, sorbitol), yellow food coloring (tapioca malto dextrin, tumeric), blue food coloring (tapioca malto dextrin, spirulina extract)
